Letters from Kashmir began in Srinagar — not in a boardroom, but over chai and conversation. We kept meeting people with extraordinary stories: weavers who remember the Silk Road, calligraphers keeping a dying script alive, historians who could trace a valley’s identity through its food. We thought: what if these stories could arrive at your door, once a month, as a beautifully written letter? Not a newsletter. Not a blog post. A letter — handcrafted, personal, and worth keeping. That’s what we built.
